Interior design concept for TopDanmark

From January 2015 to May 2015 I worked with a group from ITU on a project to improve the work satisfaction rating in TopDanmarks IT & mass market office.

Through several interviews, digital surveys and a workshop we created a proposal which we pitched to TopDanmark at the end of the project with great success.

For the presentation we created a 1-page  description of the concept and I created a 3D model showing the concept. In the model we could show off our ideas of flexibility, colour, and enhanced meeting places that should improve on the problems we found through the qualitative and quantitative data.

Our concept solution is built primarily on user customization of work areas, a balance of privacy and office awareness, appropriation of meeting areas and a social meeting area for quick noisy meetings or presentations.

It was a difficult but rewarding task trying to come up with a solution that best benefited 60 different personalities.

For the ITU course that this was a part of we wrote a lengthy report documenting and describing our design choices which was also sent to TopDanmark.

TopDanmark described the results from our work:
